Bare with me...I'm new at this.

Well, here I am. I have always wanted to have my own blog. We'll see how it goes.

It is naptime here in Kansas and the temperature outside is below zero. It's Kansas, what do you expect? All of my children are home due to no school. It's been a pretty good day.
It's day 5 on my journey to a healthy ME! I have been doing well eating healthy and getting some kind of exercise in on a daily basis. The weekend will be more difficult due to no routine and more temptations around.
Chris and I will be going to KC to see a "White Christmas" musical on saturday. Sure hope the roads are better and there is parking at the garage. I will post more later...
